▶️ The Role
Take on a rewarding leadership role as Care Manager, where your contributions will make a daily difference. You'll guide a dedicated team delivering outstanding care to residents, backed by the strong support of an experienced Facility Manager and a highly skilled care team. Plus, enjoy all of this while living in the beautiful and welcoming community of Toowoomba.
▶️ Responsibilities
- Oversee the care plans and ensure residents' needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner
- Implement and maintain a person-centered care model to enhance resident wellness and engagement
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and uphold Aged Care Quality Standards
- Provide professional leadership to clinical and allied health team members, develop care plans, monitor care quality, and foster effective communication with residents and families
▶️ Key Candidate Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration
- Full Australian working rights
- Previous experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, care governance, and clinical standards in aged care
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex care scenarios in an aged care environment
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
