This role is about more than just hitting numbers—it's about starting meaningful conversations and solving real business problems. You’ll:
- Drive growth with purpose – Engage in both inbound and outbound sales, connecting with individuals and businesses about leadership development programs, short courses, webinars, and memberships.
- Own the sales cycle – From prospecting to closing, you’ll manage a strong pipeline and exceed targets while delivering valuable solutions to your clients.
- Think strategically – Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions that truly make a difference.
- Use Salesforce to stay ahead – Track your progress, follow up on leads, and manage your pipeline with efficiency.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team – Work alongside marketing, membership, client experience, and senior BDMs to drive results and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Sales experience – You’ve worked in both inbound and outbound sales, and you’re eager to take it to the next level.
- Consultative mindset – You’re a problem-solver who can listen, strategise, and offer solutions that benefit clients.
- A proactive self-starter – You’re ready to take ownership of your desk, manage your own pipeline, and meet targets.
- Tech-savvy – You’ve used a CRM like Salesforce (or can quickly pick up new tech).
- Team player – You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where collaboration is key to success.
- Experience in learning & development , professional services , or consulting .
- Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing the sales cycle from discovery to close.
