About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and supporting candidates into apprenticeships and traineeships. This full-time, on-site position at our Deer Park office offers the unique opportunity to work across seven diverse businesses within the IntoWork Australia group, providing a broad spectrum of experiences and career development pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential candidates for apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities.
- Collaborate with local businesses to understand their workforce needs and match them with suitable candidates..
- Utilise leading recruitment technologies and platforms to streamline the hiring process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young individuals and business stakeholders.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across multiple business units.
- Familiarity with apprenticeship and traineeship programs is advantageous .
