Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Engineer with 20 years of experience in designing and constructing pipelines and pump stations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading complex projects, providing technical expertise, and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and construction of water supply and wastewater pipelines and pump stations.Conduct hydraulic analysis, transient analysis, and civil design for various pipeline materials, including GRP, PE, PVC, MSCL, and DICL.Oversee project management, contract documentation, and construction management.Collaborate with clients to develop innovative solutions that meet their needs and adhere to industry standardsMentor and guide junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering; advanced degree preferred.20 years of experience in designing and constructing pipelines and pump stations.Proven expertise in hydraulic and transient analysis, as well as civil design.Strong project management skills with experience in contract administration and construction supervision.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to client satisfactionProfessional Engineering registration (CPEng/RPEng, RPEQ, RPEV) is highly desirable.
