Description:

• FIFO and local Cairns opportunities
• Ongoing work with various rosters
• Must have blast and paint background

THE ROLE

• Day-to-day site supervision
• Manage multiple crews of blaster painters
• Guide the team on productive safe work behaviour
• Set up sites and completions
• Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
• Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements

• Flexibility to work various FIFO rosters
• Blast and paint background with the ability to oversee other trades
• White card
• Drivers licence
• Team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
