New Payroll Manager opportunity leading a payroll team of 4 sitting within the P&C division reporting into the HR Director.As the Payroll Manager you will be taking a strategic approach with this role, focusing on driving the team forward with an emphasis on strong leadership, governance & compliance, process improvements, system updates, etc. The payroll consists of 2,500 staff and is processed weekly, fortnightly & monthly.
