Your new role
Due to continued growth in the business, an exciting opportunity presents for you to join our growing team as a Service Advisor, acting as the primary liaison between the dealership and customers for service and repair of vehicles. You’ll demonstrate your dedication for providing exceptional customer experience, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and a close attention to customer needs, providing a service that sets us apart from the rest.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide exceptional front-line service to assist customers in person or by phone
- Determine customer needs and collaborate with the service department
- Organise and follow up on our guests’ vehicles throughout the day
- Liaise with service department stakeholders to ensure timely service of vehicles
- Follow all required WHS policies and procedures
About you
- Previous experience in a similar automotive role is desirable
- Knowledge and interest in the automotive industry
- Friendly approach and professional presentation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Sound computer literacy
- Commitment to positively contributing to a strong culture
- Possession of a current drivers licence
