About The Team

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining our real-time data and reporting infrastructure
- Help integrate new sales channels and product lines into our data ecosystem
- Collect, clean, store, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources
- Contribute to performance reporting and insight generation for key business units
- Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes or reports
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to turn data into decisions
- Bring energy, curiosity, and the drive to get things done—fast
- Strong working knowledge of Python and SQL (Postgres, Cassandra)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- A willingness to self-learn and grow your technical skills
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Confidence to pitch new ideas and solutions
- Familiarity with AI engines and their application
- Experience with (any of) Go, Vue, docker, kubernetes and linux is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Internship or project experience in a data-focused role is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the social care industry is a plus (but not required)
