Flexible working arrangements including working from home will be considered. This will be subject to a separate approval process in accordance with the Department’s operational requirements and ICT Contractor Working from Home Guidelines Any costs associated with a contractor working remotely under the ICT Contractor Working from Home Guidelines (e.g. travel and accommodation, utilities, technical equipment etc.) will be borne by the contractor.

Job details
Systems Analysts translate business requirements into technical requirements that align with relevant architectures.
Key duties and responsibilities
The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:
- Creating and maintaining GRC MSMP workflows for access request paths;
- Monitoring firefighter logs in GRC to ensure they are correctly generated;
- Running risk analysis in GRC to identify SOD issues in roles;
- Installing SAP notes as required to implement corrections to standard functionality;
- Developing, testing and implementing new and/or existing roles and/or structural authorisations for the SAP modules;
- Providing technical support and advice to business areas/clients;
- Gathering requirements for role and workflow changes;
- Developing and continually improving security business processes.
Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Department’s recordkeeping policy and practices.
The Specified Personnel will be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:
- Test Plans
- Technical Requirements Documentation
- Design Documents
All deliverables performed by the specified personnel must:
- be performed or delivered promptly and without delay in accordance with the timeframes notified by the buyer from time to time; and
- meet the assessment and performance criteria set out in any monitoring and performance assessment processes notified to the seller from time to time.
Criteria
The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified. This is equal to 5000 characters.
Essential criteria
1. 5+ years’ experience demonstrating extensive knowledge, in SAP GRC, Authorisation modules, SAP Portal, Fiori launch Pad;
2. Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP Projects;
3. Experience developing SAP technical specifications;
4. Able to establish priorities, monitor progress and work to deliver required outcomes, functions and a program;
5. Communicate effectively and make balanced decisions using professional judgement, evaluating ambiguous and incomplete information, factoring risks and context.
Desirable criteria
1. Experience working in Commonwealth Government agencies is highly regarded;
2. Azure DevOPs;
3. Strong attention to detail;
4. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
