What’s the job?You’ll be our go-to Receptionist , the first point of contact for both the public and our internal teams. Your days will be busy and varied – from answering phones and helping lost property find its way home, to coordinating bookings, responding to customer feedback (yes, including complaints), and keeping the front office running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:-
Be the first voice our customers hear – answering calls and helping with general enquiries

Respond to public feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy

Provide bus charter quotes and enter bookings

Greet visitors and manage the reception area

Coordinate lost property and the “Infomail” inbox

Assist with admin tasks, reports and general upkeep of office areas

Support our driver team – from distributing milk to topping up essential forms

Occasionally get behind the wheel as a bus driver (license permitting)

You have a strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
-
You remain calm, composed and kind – especially when dealing with complaints
-
You’re organised, proactive and enjoy ticking things off a list

You’re tech-savvy and confident using Outlook and Microsoft Office

Bonus: You hold (or are willing to obtain) a bus driver’s license
