We have partnered with a global leader and highly established Self Insurer who are seeking an experienced Case Manager to support them with improving process and manage a portfolio of 30-40 claims.- See the impact of your work & work directly with the employer.

The Role:
- Manage end-to-end self-insurance workers’ compensation claims across NSW and ACT Legislation
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice, and audit requirements under the use of Solv
- Coordinate return-to-work plans in consultation with employees, treating practitioners, and operational leaders
- Provide guidance and support to operational managers on injury management strategies and enable their capability to support their workers
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You:
- Have strong existing experience in managing claims within worker’s compensation.
- A commercially minded yet empathetic, professional with a sound understanding of strategic case management.
- Confidence and influencing skills and comfortable making decisions and problem-solving.
- Collaborative stakeholder management skills and enjoy regular interactions both internally and externally.
- Work independently as well as within a team based environment.
