Do you make a mean coffee and want a job with real meaning? We may have the perfect job for you! We will build on your hospitality industry experience and give you the tools to help support employees with a disability in our BariStars coffee vans. Reporting to the Enterprise Manager, the Crew Coordinator will run the day-to-day operations of the van, while providing supervision, training, and goal setting for the employees in their team.
To be successful in this role you will have an unrestricted driver’s licence, a current first aid certificate, NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) and experience in the hospitality industry - preferably as a barista.

Demonstrated capacity to work with people with a disability and a commitment to workplace diversityDemonstrated industry experience in commercial cleaning, gardening or hospitalityWell-developed verbal and written communication skills including the capacity to effectively communicate with people with a range of disabilitiesDemonstrated supervisory skills and commitment to working with deadlineIntermediate computer-based skillsSound Work Health & Safety skills and abilities that support safe work practices for employees with a disability
