The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join our dynamic team and hit the ground running! This is a fulltime permanent position based in Banyo QLD.
What you will do
Your key deliverables in this role with include:

General administration
-
Raising work orders, purchase orders and goods receipting

Invoicing and reporting asset damages
-
Daily and weekly reporting requirements
-
Service scheduling with internal and external mechanics
-
Logging breakdowns and engaging contractors for attendance

Assist in ensuring safety and compliance of all equipment is maintained
What you are and what you have

Strong administration skills and demonstrated experience

Exceptional organisational and customer service skills

Strong computer skills

Clear English with a good phone manner

Well presented

A good work ethic and be self-motivated

The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task

Prior experience in a similar role in equipment hire is an advantage
