Position
With the firm experiencing continued growth, this position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations and collaborating closely with Directors and Senior Management across teams.
Responsibilities include
  • Acting as a primary contact for a high-quality client base, supporting Directors with daily tasks, and ensuring an outstanding level of client care.
  • Providing advanced administrative support to both internal teams and valued clients.
  • Managing ATO and ASIC lodgements with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance.
  • Coordinating daily communications and correspondence with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Handling a variety of admin duties—from document management to detailed report preparation and precise spreadsheet maintenance.
  • Maintaining and updating the client database, serving as the main custodian for accurate records.
  • Championing continuous improvement, seeking innovative ways to streamline workflows.
  • Assisting with projects and events as directed by Operations, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives.
  • Collaborating across teams, nurturing a positive, supportive work culture.
  • Proactively updating managers on capacity and workflow to foster transparency and productivity.

Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in Client Services or Administration within a public practice accounting firm, along with:

  • A sharp attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
