At Proactive Accounting, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients while fostering a supportive and dynamic workplace. As a growing accounting firm on the Gold Coast, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Administrator to join our team.

As the Practice Manager, I’m looking for someone who can bring attention to detail, self-motivation, and a genuine interest in business, finance, and accounting to our office. This is a full-time, office-based position, with some office management duties as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier client service and administrative support to our accounting team

  • Manage client communications and ensure inquiries are handled promptly

  • Assist with office management tasks and maintain an organised environment

  • Ensure accuracy in all client and business processes

  • Maintain efficient workflows and assist with office operations

  • Collaborate with the team to meet business goals and deadlines

  • A genuine interest in business, finance, and accounting

Desirable Experience:

  • Familiarity with ClickUp (not essential)

  • Experience in the accounting industry (highly valued)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
