Current disciplines include internal medicine, surgery, emergency and critical care, diagnostic imaging, oncology theriogenology, dermatology, anaesthesia, and cardiology with immediate plans to expand our services.
The Position
We are looking for Client Services Officers to join our Stafford team on a permanent, full-time basis. Our Client Services team is the first point of contact for pet owners. This is not your typical reception role—it offers a dynamic and rewarding experience, full of interesting challenges working across a multidiscipline veterinary hospital and the opportunity to make a positive impact with clients and patients.
Some of the tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming clients and managing waiting room workflow
- Handling a high-volume email inbox
- Coordinating and booking appointments over the phone and in person
- Acting as a liaison between clients and the clinical team
- Processing client payments
- Requesting medical records, test results, and documents from third parties
- Managing pet medical insurance claims
- Being a point of escalation for account queries, referring vet queries, and complaints management
- Providing hands-on support to the team, leading by example, and participating in day-to-day tasks as required

- Proven ability to take initiative and prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail with clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced reception role
- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception position
- Experience using a practice management system, ideally EzyVet
