Barker College is currently seeking a Director of Sport - Operations based at our Hornsby campus.
This will be a Permanent Full-Time role commencing Term 3, 21 July 2025

Barker College is a fully coeducational school from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12. We also have five satellite campuses:
- An Outdoor Education facility at The Grange, Mount Victoria, NSW
- An Indigenous Darkinjung Barker Campus in Yarramalong, NSW (established 2016)

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Barker College is a child safe organisation and all statutory checks and references are required prior to confirmation of employment. A NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a National Police Check will be required.
- Barker College is committed to a safe work environment and all staff members work within our WHS Policy & Procedures and other relevant documentation.
- Barker College will require all Teaching Staff to provide evidence of their Tertiary Qualifications and have an understanding of and experience in relevant NESA syllabus documents and teacher accreditation requirements.
- All teaching staff participate in the School’s extensive Pastoral Care and co-curricular programs. The ability to coach sports is highly desirable.
