About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to assess, diagnose, and manage paediatric clients with communication and/or feeding disorders across varied service models. This flexible role supports autonomy, professional development, and work-life balance while delivering life-changing outcomes for children and their families.

Reporting directly to the Practice Director, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering evidence-based speech pathology assessments and therapy in clinics, schools, homes, or online.
  • Contributing to a supportive, multidisciplinary team culture and sharing knowledge through peer mentoring.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives, community education and health promotion programs.
  • Collaborating with families, educators, and allied professionals to create tailored treatment plans.
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A recognised degree in Speech Pathology and current membership (or eligibility) with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience in paediatric speech pathology (desirable) or strong clinical placement experience if a new graduate.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a client-focused, ethical approach.
  • A valid Driver’s Licence, Working With Children Check, and Police Clearance.
