Claims Consultant -6 Month Contract

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team in the role of Claims Consultant. The purpose of this role is to manage and support our claims, end to end, and provide exceptional customer services to our clients and customers through proactive clams management.

What are my accountabilities?

Process all claims within your delegated authority;

Meet, if not exceed, claim deadline as per our service level agreement;

Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and Codes; and

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

About you:

Minimum of 1 years experience in managing claims;

Customer service and claims handling experience (essential);

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;

Demonstrated organisational and time management skills;

The ability to work independently and within a team; and

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
