Description:
What You'll Do- Provide day-to-day admin support to both the private office and accounting firm
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book travel (domestic + international)
- Pay invoices and accounts on time
- Assist with personal tasks: diary management, follow-ups, confidential matters
- (Preferred) Basic bookkeeping support:
- Bank reconciliations
- Issuing & tracking invoices
- Data entry into Xero or MYOB
- Support ledger maintenance and reporting
- Experience in admin or office support
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Clear communicator with great people skills
- Able to juggle multiple tasks & stay on top of priorities
- Trustworthy with confidential information
- (Preferred) Experience with bookkeeping & accounting software like Xero or MYOB
- Discretion and professionalism
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work well independently and in a small team
- Flexible hours - full-time or part-time
- Hybrid work setup - up to 3 WFH days per week
