What You'll Do
  • Provide day-to-day admin support to both the private office and accounting firm
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book travel (domestic + international)
  • Pay invoices and accounts on time
  • Assist with personal tasks: diary management, follow-ups, confidential matters
  • (Preferred) Basic bookkeeping support:
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Issuing & tracking invoices
  • Data entry into Xero or MYOB
  • Support ledger maintenance and reporting
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in admin or office support
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Clear communicator with great people skills
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks & stay on top of priorities
  • Trustworthy with confidential information
  • (Preferred) Experience with bookkeeping & accounting software like Xero or MYOB
