The Agency ICT Services Branch is a vital part of the Technology Services Division, operating with the Integrity Transformation and Technology Services Group of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). The branch is responsible for the delivery, management and operation of key enterprise technology products and services that support every area of the NDIA.The role involves managing software assets, which is crucial for the agency's operations and helps with cost-effective spending under software contracts, It is a support function within Agency ICT Services, this ensures software is available and managed effectively.

The National Disability and Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking candidates to fill APS4 Technology Asset Officer vacancies.
Duties include:
- Assisting with compliance activities related to license agreements, warranties, and asset-related contracts by maintaining accurate records of hardware and software assets within the agency's asset management systems.
- Supporting audits by identifying and documenting discrepancies between systems and assisting in the remediation of issues related to hardware or software assets.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, such as procurement, finance, and technology teams, to support contract administration, maintain data accuracy, and assist in meeting asset requirements for internal customers.
- Assisting with performance monitoring and reporting on asset management activities, ensuring accurate data collection and supporting the team in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Contributing to data integrity and compliance by updating asset records as directed and ensuring asset management systems reflect accurate information.
