This is a great opportunity for a Senior Dental Assistant/Clinical Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking someone who is confident and capable in coordinating multiple duties and assisting our highly skilled clinicians with day-to-day duties, so we can continue to grow and thrive.

What we are looking for in our new Senior Dental Assistant/Clinical Coordinator!

  • Dental experience as a Senior Dental Assistant for at least 5 years is essential.
  • Chairside dental assisting experience for procedures such as surgical implant placement and extractions, crown and bridge preparations and inserts, general dental restorative treatment.
  • A provider of exceptional clinical support to the team to ensure outstanding delivery of patient experience.
  • An effective manager of practice materials and equipment.
  • Confidence in stock control (using Invedent software - preferred)
  • Experience as an Infection Control supervisor.
  • Knowledge and management of OH&S requirements.
  • Experience in lab tracking - collaborating with reception staff to maintain records on incoming and outgoing lab work, storage and archiving of dental models.
  • Attention to detail in monitoring daily clinical checklists.
  • Confidence to give input into clinical operations at the practice.
  • A reliable support person for the People Culture Coordinator and Principal Dentist with training and development of the clinical team.
