Test Analyst
The Role:
We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Test Analyst to join our Testing team. You’ll be responsible for planning, designing, managing, executing, and reporting on functional testing across a range of platforms and systems—ensuring high-quality, stable software releases that meet business needs.
Your New Team:
You’ll join a passionate group of testers, developers, BAs, and product owners working in a fast-paced Agile environment. As part of the Technology division, you’ll contribute to collaborative team ceremonies, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement through our Testing Community of Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
• Define acceptance criteria and the definition of done with the end-to-end team
• Design, document and execute manual test cases in XRAY
• Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements
• Report, manage, and help resolve defects
• Develop regression suites and collaborate with automation testers
• Ensure deadlines are met without compromising on quality
• Contribute to continuous testing improvement and support risk and compliance practices
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Test Analyst
• Experience in Agile environments with solid understanding of Agile testing practices
• Strong knowledge of BDD, TDD, risk-based testing and the testing pyramid
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, XRAY and Confluence
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative
• Desirable: ISTQB certification and/or tertiary qualifications in IT
