About the role
Step into a pivotal role where you'll be the go-to expert on all key stakeholders — from dealerships to corporate clients and end users — shaping fleet strategies that leverage our product strengths, anticipate industry trends, and elevate our brand's position in the market.
Create and Maintain Relationships
• Achieve business plan goals and objectives on assigned customer fleet accounts and prospect for new conquest accounts
• Build strong relationships with Fleet Management Organisations (FMOs) to work closely on Novated, Leasing, and Fleet Sales
• Support FMOs with at least quarterly product training, loan vehicles, and support. Ensure monthly visitation and support to all Tier 1 FMOs.
• Serve as primary representative of SAIC to specified customers responding promptly to requests for assistance and information for all disciplines
• Engage appropriate Dealership Managers, Regional Managers and internal resources to ensure appropriate cultivation, closure, and follow-up of transactions
• Take appropriate actions to maintain and grow customer relationship and accounts
Management
• Manage vehicle order and delivery process with high attention to detail
• Able to manage all stakeholders including Dealerships, Corporate customers, and end user. High customer visitation required across all sectors with focus on the following areas:
• Fleet Management Organisation
• Government Agencies (Local/State)
• Corporate
• Rental
• Ride Share Organisation
• Non-For-Profit Organisation
Research-Based Creation
• Build fleet plan based on product strengths, industry trends and brand position
• Fully research and understand marketing conditions (programs, RVs, etc.) and put forward proposals to take advantage of current conditions (E.g., government FBT EV incentives)
• Create sales and pricing strategies that will successfully target fleet accounts
Skills and Experience:
- This role requires a natural leader with a passion for relationship-building and communication.
- Previous experience in automotive sector preferred at OEM, Dealership and/or Fleet Management company
