About the Role?
As a Turnaround Vehicle Coordinator you will be responsible for the execution of daily distribution and maintenance of all Corporate and Franchise Fleet movements along with maintaining the recovery process to ensure our vehicles are in an available ready to rent status.
In this role you will;

Protect and maintain company equipment and ensure proper functioning of all equipment

Ensuring that vehicles are detailed to the standard required as outlined by following Standard Works (SW).

Coordinate and manage the Turnaround facility layout, ensuring vehicles are parked in the correct areas.

Monitor and assist vehicle movements to and from licensees and number of vehicles at licensee locations

Perform adhoc tasks as relayed to by managers/supervisors
About You?
To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following:

Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers

Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in rental industry preferred

Computer literacy skills required

Flexibility of working hours (7-day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply)

A full and current AU driver’s licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles
