This is a full-time fixed-term (12 months) position. This diverse and fast paced role encompasses responsibilities including maintaining financial accounts, visitor management, and reception duties.
Your sensitivity in answering enquiries from staff and Clients brings real personal satisfaction when you see the smile on their face or hear the gratitude in their voice.

Essential Criteria
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word and Outlook at an intermediate level
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience handling cash
- Have a warm, engaging, professional approach to meeting the needs of our clients
- Ability to work without direct supervision to complete duties and achieve deadlines
- Financial/accounts background ( desirable )
