We're seeking an experienced Carpenter / Leading - hand to join a tight-knit team that focus on custom architectural residential projects throughout Brisbane's inner city suburbs.

Requirements:

• Cert III in Carpentry & 2+ years experience outside your apprenticeship
• Custom Homes, Renovations & Suspended slabs exposure favoured
• Thorough knowledge of QLD Building Codes & Practices
• Own tools and reliable vehicle
• A Leadership mindset with the ability to drive a team

Duties:

• Perform general carpentry duties according to working drawings and design specifications,
• Framing works & finishing/fixout works, and collaborating closely with trades and subcontractors.
• site set-out, safety, and quality assurance.
• In-ground/earthworks and concrete formwork
• Manage excavators
• Short term programming for upcoming works
