Our client seeking to appoint a Payroll & Finance Admin to join their team in Acacia Ridge. This is a full-time, 3-month contract , with the potential for permanent placement or extension based on performance.Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration:
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and address any payroll-related inquiries.
- Provide financial reporting support, including P&L and Forecast.
- Assist with budget planning and project reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records, track expenses, and assist with accounts payable/receivable.
- Manage SAP data and prepare reports for finance purposes.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in both payroll and finance administration.
- Experience in manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SAP or other finance-related software is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with management, staff, and clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
