Downer Maintenance and ITS is our On-Road Electrical business unit, delivering cutting-edge construction and maintenance solutions for diverse clients across Southeast Queensland. Our team is proud to support Queensland's road network, contributing to some of Queensland region's largest infrastructure projects.
Are you ready to lead and grow your career in civil construction? We’re seeking a Civil Trade Leading Hand to join our high-performing Construction and Maintenance Team in Brisbane. Play a vital role in maintaining and installing Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) electrical works across multiple projects.
About You
MR Licence (essential)Minimum 3 years of industry experience in civil or construction projectsProven supervisory experience leading crews or multiple teamsHands-on experience in civil labouring (fixtures, fittings, footings)Knowledge of plant operation (highly regarded)Experience working with local councils or QLD TMR projectsSkills in training apprentices, organising sub-contractors, and reviewing quality practicesCommitment to safety and Zero Harm
