Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. In this role, you will manage contract obligations, ensure compliance, and support project delivery from inception to completion. This is an immediate start position for an individual ready to make an impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer contracts for projects valued up to $40M.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure contract terms are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and contractual obligations.
- Negotiate contract terms and variations to optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
