About the role
This role provides advanced advice and support functions relating to relevant systems, including but not limited to S4HANA, DSS, myHR, Fleet Systems, QContracts and ExpenseMe, to support the Sustainability, Infrastructure and Assets (SIA) branch in the delivery of Infrastructure and Assets, Sustainability and Performance Management, Emergency and Resilience Management, Security Services and Fleet activities across West Moreton Health (WMH).
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external clients while working autonomously, maintaining confidentiality and establishing good work practices focusing on service delivery.
• Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills to meet the requirements of the organisation, the contracts and the branch and to maximise efficiency and work outputs.
• Proven ability to provide high level administrative support, and high-level systems support in Microsoft Office Suite, S4HANA, myHR and other relevant systems to maximise efficiency and work outputs.
• Proven ability to provide solutions to specific situations or issues relating to systems administration, enhancements, etc.
• Willingness to effectively develop the skills of other administration staff through demonstration and on-the-job coaching and guidance.
• Ability to work cooperatively, collaboratively and effectively within a team environment by sharing information, openly communicating, managing change, treating others with respect, and including all team members in discussions.
