The role
As a Farm Attendant in the Projects team, you will play an integral role in providing infrastructure to the Huon sites. You will:
- Be involved in rolling out projects including new pen set-ups.
- Assist with the maintenance on Zone infrastructure.
- Safely operate high pressure equipment and various tools.
This exciting opportunity is full-time, operating on a 7 on, 7 off roster working Thursday to Wednesday.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships within a team.
- Strong ability to adapt, deal with uncertainty, and remain calm in a changing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive focus on continuous improvement.
- A commitment to working safely in a dynamic environment, identifying risks, and taking appropriate action.
- Bonus points for experience in aquaculture.
