About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide specialised project management skills and services to implement the Electronic Patient Menu Management System (ePMMS) across West Moreton Health (WMH) in collaboration with key stakeholders. This role requires high level knowledge and skills in the development of clinical food services systems across WMH to achieve excellence in patient care, education and research. This role includes taking a lead role in the skill development and education to key stakeholders through the implementation of the system.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Ability to apply specialised Food Services & Dietetics healthcare knowledge in advising WMH and other stakeholders in relation to the development, implementation and evaluation of the project.
- Provide high level communication skills, including negotiation and conflict management techniques, to align and influence all stakeholders in the implementation of the project.
- Experience in project management with evidence of successful application of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to achieve fit for purpose outcomes on time, within scope, budget, and in accordance with quality management principles.
- Provide active leadership in the ongoing development of high-level innovative clinical service improvement and research initiatives, including clinical protocol/procedure/guideline development.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Appointment to this position requires proof of degree, or equivalent in Nutrition & Dietetics and eligibility to hold the Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) credential.
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
