Key responsibilities of this role include:
- a demonstrated ability to be self-directed and with minimal supervision in carrying out secretarial, administrative activities
- an ability to liaise successfully with all levels of management and staff in a range of departments and agencies to provide effective and efficient management of responsibilities
- highly developed oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with a variety of professional and non-professional staff, external agencies and clients
