The Offering

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist!

You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales, service delivery, and account management teams to ensure seamless client interactions and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders within 1Solution to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for IT and telecommunication services.
  • Maintain accurate client records, sales data, and documentation in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of sales orders and service requests.
  • Track sales performance and generate reports for management.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams for smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Address client inquiries about products, pricing, and service status.
  • Support account management teams in managing client expectations and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to ensure the timely implementation of IT and telecommunication solutions.
  • Monitor service requests and escalate issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Assist in coordinating project timelines and deliverables to meet client needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales support processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and contracts.
  • Stay updated on IT and telecommunications products and industry trends.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, client feedback, and service trends.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project milestones.
  • Provide insights to leadership on business opportunities and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role (preferably in IT and telecommunications).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Telstra experience preferrable, not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of IT and telecommunications products and services is preferred.
