Parklife Metro is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Administrator to join our dynamic Linewide team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day health and safety operations across one of NSW’s largest infrastructure projects.
This is a full-time position based onsite at Orchard Hills North , conveniently located right next to the M4 exit, offering an excellent work-life balance for those living in or near Western Sydney.
Employed by Webuild, the Health & Safety Administrator will support the Linewide team in ensuring the effective management and delivery of health and safety systems, documentation, and reporting throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- Health & Safety Support: Provide administrative support for health and safety activities across the Linewide team, ensuring smooth operation of safety systems and documentation.
- Document Management: Assist in maintaining and updating safety documentation, including incident reports, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all health and safety documentation is compliant with legislation and company policies.
- Reporting: Assist with the preparation of regular health and safety reports, ensuring accurate tracking of safety performance and compliance metrics.
- Safety Audits & Inspections: Support the team in conducting audits and inspections, ensuring safety standards are being met.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding health and safety matters.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of health and safety practices by supporting the development and implementation of new safety initiatives.
- Experience in a health and safety administrative role, preferably within large infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards would be desirable
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office software; experience with safety management systems is a plus
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, team-oriented approach to work
