Description:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for:
- Identify new business opportunities within the property sector
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance business growth.
- Focus will be primarily on Public and Private wireless portfolio
- Represent the company in industry events and activities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments.
- Strong communications skills engaging effectively with CIOs, CTOs, and COOs in customer organisations
- Progress opportunities through the sales cycle, following internal processes and working with the team to price, contract and close profitable deals.
- Negotiates effectively, builds trust, and balances directness with diplomacy.
Requirements:
The successful Business Development Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Engineering or Communications
- At least 10 years solution selling experience
- Possesses an established network or connections within the property sector with track record of success
- Public and private wireless industry solutions sales and success
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A high level of motivation and initiative.
Conditions:
On offer for the successful Business Development Manager:
- A competitive salary package of AUD $170,000 - $220,000 base + super + commissions
