Description:

  • Managing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings, including venue booking and agenda preparation
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls
  • Providing support to the team by coordinating schedules and appointments
  • Preparing reports and presentations as required
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained and restocked when necessary
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency of the team

Requirements:

A successful Admin Officer should have:

  • A knack for multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
