Description:
- Managing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, including venue booking and agenda preparation
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls
- Providing support to the team by coordinating schedules and appointments
- Preparing reports and presentations as required
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained and restocked when necessary
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the team
Requirements:
A successful Admin Officer should have:
- A knack for multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
