- Provide efficient administrative support to the payroll team
- Manage correspondence through emails and phone calls
- Maintain an organised filing system for important company documents
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Liaise with stakeholders and clients
- Help coordinate office activities
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
A successful Junior Admin should have:
- A keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- A positive attitude and team player mentality
No experience in finance or payroll required!
