About the Role

Our Client Support Representatives support our clients, families and referrers to connect them to the allied health supports they need. In this role you will work as part of a dedicated local team, responding to all client inquiries and referrals, relating to supports for injury, disability, or rehabilitation. As the first point of contact for our clients and clinicians, this role acts as an integral part of the National Client Support Team, further enhancing our highly regarded market reputation.

Working from our office in Leederville, this role reports to one of our dynamic, fun, and supportive Client Support Supervisors. The team connect daily to connect and share information and to ensure that workload is balanced amongst all team members.

Our Client Support Representatives are individuals from varied skillsets, backgrounds, and personalities – and this is what we love the most! The team culture is wonderful, and the team love to have a laugh whilst getting the work done. Our local teams enjoy utilising their Fun Funds to share meals or engage in fun group activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for client phone enquiries
  • Responding to incoming emails and website enquiries, and completing data entry
  • Providing administrative support to clinicians and managers
  • Liaising with local Allied Health Team Leaders regarding our local capacity to provide clinical services to best meet client needs
  • Coordinating office duties including ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Developing meaningful and trusting relationships with internal & external stakeholders

About You

We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing Client Support Representatives on board! With that being said, there are a few requirements for our Client Support Representatives, which are:

  • 2+ years’ experience working in an administrative or customer facing capacity
  • Experience in call centre/hotline support is highly recommended
  • Intermediate MS Office (Word and Excel) and data entry skills
  • Intermediate understanding of the NDIS Industry
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think on your feet and work with high volume requests
  • NDIS worker screening clearance and WWCC (or willingness to apply)
