Description:
Reporting to CEO you will support managers and employees, across the full employment lifecycle covering performance management, employee relations, remuneration and conflict resolution;
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving workplace issues in a timely manner.
- Manage the workforce planning team and develop strategies to attract, hire, and retain talent.
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
- Key driver for performance and achieving positive business outcome.
Requirements:
The ideal HR Manager is commercially and strategic focused professional. You will posses the following;
- Previous track record in a generalist HR Manager position;
- Understanding of NDIS landscape is advantageous but not as essential as sector knowledge;
- Previous experience in building cohesive systems and processes within an active HR environment;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
