Are you an experienced Change Manager with a passion for driving transformation in the HR, Payroll, and Human Capital Management (HCM) space? This is an exciting opportunity to lead change initiatives for a not-for-profit organisation implementing a new HCM solution.
About the RoleAs the Change Manager, you will be responsible for an end-to-end change management of a major HRIS system implementation. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will develop and execute a change strategy that ensures a smooth transition and successful adoption of the new system.
Key Responsibilities✅ Change Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the HCM system implementation.
- Identify change impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies to support business readiness.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and senior leadership to align change initiatives with organisational goals.
✅ Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Develop and deliver targeted communications and engagement plans to drive awareness and adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing guidance on change best practices.
✅ Training & Capability Building
- Support training initiatives to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed for the transition.
- Develop training programs aligning with business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and resources to sustain long-term adoption.
✅ Change Impact & Adoption Monitoring
- Develop and track key change management metrics to measure success.
- Gather feedback, conduct impact assessments, and adjust change plans as needed.
- Ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to HR and Payroll operations.
✔ Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally in HRIS, HR, or Payroll system implementations.
✔ Strong background in organisational change management, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness.
✔ Ability to work in a not-for-profit or purpose-driven environment (desirable).
✔ Experience delivering change within large-scale technology projects.
✔ Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) is a plus.
