Our Disputes and Investigations (D+I) Group
Our D+I group excels at guiding clients through complex and commercial disputes. Janet Whiting, head of G+T’s Disputes and Investigations practice in Melbourne, is one of the pre-eminent commercial litigators in Australia. Janet has a reputation for excellence amongst clients and peers and is highly regarded for providing strategic advice, detailed analysis and obtaining commercial solutions. Working alongside Janet is Christiana McCudden, another accomplished litigation partner whose dedication and expertise enhance the team's capabilities. Landmark legal precedents have been determined in a number of the successful actions instituted by this team.

About you
As our successful candidate, you should possess a strong drive and aptitude for tackling high-profile, technically challenging cases. We are seeking an ambitious top performer who thrives in a dynamic environment where exceptional contributions are recognised and rewarded. Additionally, you will bring:
- 3-5 years’ post admission experience with broad commercial litigation experience and court exposure
- Superior analytical and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively with clients
- The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
