PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile project delivery for a Finance ERP implementation. In this role, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams. Your focus will be on driving efficient, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Coach and support development teams in Agile best practices and principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage backlog and priorities.
• Remove roadblocks and drive continuous improvement in Agile delivery.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in ERP or Finance system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience working with Finance ERP projects.
• Ability to facilitate, coach, and mentor Agile teams to deliver value.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Sydney-based and available for a hybrid work setup
