- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Monitor sales metrics and report on performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and best practice
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and industry developments
Requirements:
- A balanced hunter / farmer approach towards driving sales
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Microsoft Office Software knowledge
- Ability to discuss technical details and issues with customers
- Effective commercial negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and work within tight delivery schedules
- Ability to travel - frequent travel involved
