Australian Naval Infrastructure Pty Ltd (ANI) is the owner, developer and manager of the Osborne Naval Shipyards, supporting the Commonwealth’s Naval Shipbuilding Plan. ANI is responsible for designing, constructing and managing the shipyard infrastructure, including the new Nuclear-Powered Submarine Construction Yard to support the AUKUS program, and operating and maintaining common use facilities.
ANI has an opportunity for an experienced Asset Coordinator to join its Operations team in Osborne. We are inviting candidates with proven experience in the development of asset management strategies and asset whole of life cycle plans with a strong focus on achieving ISO55000. The ideal candidate will have Tertiary qualifications within either Asset Management or Engineering.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice on the establishment of systems and processes to ensure the maintenance of ISO55000 certification for each class of asset across the precinct
- Developing asset management policies and processes
- Developing asset management plans
- Providing input for maintenance budgets
- Overseeing the ANI configuration change process
This role will suit a person with experience in a similar role in an industrial environment. You will have strong interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, a proactive attitude, and a professional and collaborative approach to managing projects and people.
You will demonstrate a high degree of initiative and independence in the safe delivery and management of complex operations, ensuring safety, schedule, cost and quality objectives are achieved whilst upholding compliance with legislation, codes of practice, guidelines and policies.
