Description:

This role will involve, but not limited to:

  • End-to-end management of an internal blue- and white-collar portfolio.
  • Be actively involved in end-to-end ER and some IR/EBA negotiations.
  • Providing guidance on performance management and learning and development for all level of employee,
  • Liaison with third party payroll provider and be accountable for any queries.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with all business stakeholders.
  • Managing the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-quality talent.
  • Analysing HR metrics and reporting to senior leaders.

Requirements:

The successful Human Resources Business Partner will be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar HR BP or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including ER and IR.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/Payroll software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work successfully in an autonomous environment.

Conditions:

  • Up to $150,000 plus superannuation.
  • Melbourne CBD location.
  • 5 days in the office.
  • Lead your own portfolio.
  • Blue and white collar role.
