Description:
This role will involve, but not limited to:
- End-to-end management of an internal blue- and white-collar portfolio.
- Be actively involved in end-to-end ER and some IR/EBA negotiations.
- Providing guidance on performance management and learning and development for all level of employee,
- Liaison with third party payroll provider and be accountable for any queries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all business stakeholders.
- Managing the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-quality talent.
- Analysing HR metrics and reporting to senior leaders.
Requirements:
The successful Human Resources Business Partner will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar HR BP or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including ER and IR.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS/Payroll software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work successfully in an autonomous environment.
Conditions:
- Up to $150,000 plus superannuation.
- Melbourne CBD location.
