Are you passionate about people and culture? As a People Services Advisor, you will support the People & Culture (P&C) team and report to the People Services Senior Business Partner. This role involves providing day-to-day HR support and contributing to various P&C initiatives to enhance our workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of people plans.
- Provide support on People and Employee Relations matters.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoE’s) on group-wide initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support key P&C projects and initiatives.
- Assist in coaching and providing feedback to employees.
- Ensure Crown values are reflected in people practices.
- Support the adoption of new people, technology, and systemic changes.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of HR processes and P&C.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience:
- Experience in an HR or P&C role is preferred.
- Experience working in a team environment.
