Position Summary: As a senior member of the People & Culture (P&C) team, the People Services Senior Business Partner provides leadership and advice to their portfolios. This role will lead key group-wide projects to advance our P&C operating model, aiming to simplify, harmonize, and digitize our work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a people plan with leadership teams.
  • Provide expertise on People and Employee Relations matters.
  • Partner with Centres of Excellence (CoE’s) for group-wide initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with key leaders and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage key P&C projects.
  • Motivate employees through coaching, feedback, and career development.
  • Ensure Crown values are embedded in people practices.
  • Champion the adoption of people, technology, and systemic changes.
  • Lead a team of P&C Advisors and Coordinators.

Key Requirements:

  • End-to-end knowledge of HR processes and P&C.
  • Experience with system-driven improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding of process mapping and policy writing.
  • Proficiency in Workday.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Operational mindset with end-to-end process visibility.
  • Consistent drive and motivation.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into people plans.
  • Experience in talent, engagement, organizational design, and development.
  • Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Business acumen and continuous improvement mindset.

Experience:

  • Extensive Generalist Business Partnering experience preferred.
  • Experience in a specialist area of People & Culture.
  • Experience working with senior leaders on people plans.
  • Broad industry experience.
