Description:

  • Talent management and workforce planning.
  • Stakeholder engagement, including leadership coaching.
  • Interpret and facilitate engagement survey debriefs with key stakeholders.
  • Guide leaders through the performance appraisal process.
  • Employment legislation and policy interpretation (Public sector experience preferred but not essential).
  • ER low level case management.

Requirements:

  • Business Partnering experience ideal, HR Generalist/ Advising experience will also be considered
  • Victorian government experience ideal
  • Experience using Successfactors ideal
  • Experience using MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint mandatory
