Description:
- Talent management and workforce planning.
- Stakeholder engagement, including leadership coaching.
- Interpret and facilitate engagement survey debriefs with key stakeholders.
- Guide leaders through the performance appraisal process.
- Employment legislation and policy interpretation (Public sector experience preferred but not essential).
- ER low level case management.
Requirements:
- Business Partnering experience ideal, HR Generalist/ Advising experience will also be considered
- Victorian government experience ideal
- Experience using Successfactors ideal
- Experience using MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint mandatory
